It presents a vast pallet, where mature juicy fruits like yellow peach, mix well with dry fruits dry apricot or quince. The fill in the mouth is fresh with hints of hazelnut. Its light ‘dosage’ leaves to this champagne all its freshness, its maximum expression and all the possibilities of a beautiful evolution. Amazing as an aperitif it will go perfectly with seafood or white meat.
