The effervescence forms a creamy, white foam on the surface that contrasts with the intense golden yellow body of the vintage. The nose presents floral notes and white flower (hawthorn), toastiness and bark aromas that mingle with more mature aromas of yellow peach.

The fleshy, syrupy mouthfeel is elegantly underscored by a delicate effervescence., hints of honey and flowers enhance the aromatic palette. Blends are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier. Best served with Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish, Mild and soft cheese
